Best way to go for elevated head of bed (foot too if you want) without spending BIG bucks! Very comfortable with mattress already had and didn't need boxspring.

I had wanted an adjustable bed for quite some time. This was at a great price and a name brand that speaks quality. Set up was easy and it fit right inside my bed frame. The bed functions perfectly and I will most likely purchase one for the guest room.

So far, I'm liking this adjustable bad. Based on other reviews, I took one of the leg segments out to make it a little bit lower for added stability. If you have one of those super plush and thick mattresses, it's doubtful you will notice. I personally like having it at that level. It works as it should. I had had two men set it up for me. They struggled with lining up the holes for the bolts. But ultimately it got put together and now I've been put to good use

The platform works great. It is very sturdy and I really like how the length of the legs is adjustable to obtain the height that you want. This product is worth the price as with many of the products I have purchased from Sams the price is fair and the products are well built.

It's great in that it does what is expected by raising and lowering either or both ends of the mattress. That being said, there's a support bar at the foot of the “bed” that is designed to keep the mattress in place, but it's bulky and obtrusive. Also, I'm not sure about the longevity of the legs. They seem a bit fragile, but time will tell. For these two reasons, I'm giving 4 stars.

The motion air works very well. It is a real chore to set up. You will need some strong backs to assist you. It is very heavy. My complaint is the condition in which it arrived. The box was destroyed. I was certain there must be missing parts. However, Motion Air had all parts packaged and strapped to the bed frame, thankfully. The fabric on the bed frame was torn from the rough handling. I contacted Motion Air. They pretty much just noted my complaint. No offer to repair or replace the fabric. So I hope it doesn't rip out further. I would not order one from Sam's again due to this. I would buy it locally and have it delivered and set up by them. Fed-Ex ground delivered it. I'm am very unhappy with their service as other things delivered by them have been in a similar condition. Buy locally. Don't have one shipped to you. They aren't going to have you return a 140 pound item so you have to live with the damage.

I would have expected better from a name brand like Serta. The holes for the 4 bolts did NOT line up, we had to use a drill to drill out 3 of the 4. The motor does not seem very strong compared to other adjustable bed frames I've had so I'm concerned about this lasting very long. The directions are unclear, you'd think only having to put in 4 bolts it would be simple but that was not the case. time will tell though.

The bed frame was used and returned. The box was sealed with xtra glue and was very hard to open. The pieces were clearly used and looked as if they didn't belong to this base. We were in a desperate position to get this bed and set it up for my elderly sick mother in law and it was our only option for her. Time and circumstance was not in our favor so we had no other option. We made it work but it was hard and it doesn't function properly. I am very in happy that we purchased a full price brand new item but received a defective used item.

I ordered this king size adjustable base because of the low price. The low price gives an adjustable base that is not as solid as I would prefer. The mattress was not supported well and felt like there were holes in the mattress. Plus it felt unstable and we could now feel each others movement. Our base quit working within the first week. Customer service was great and they sent a new power supply to correct the problem quickly. We have since returned the base and replaced it with a higher cost dual twin XL adjustable base from Sam's. We are very happy with the new base. It is very solid and has a smooth operation. You get 6 support legs per twin base (12 legs total) as opposed to only 6 supports on the king version.

The box arrived beat up. Mostly assembled the frame only to find that 2 sets of screws wouldn't go in was because the metal is horribly bent, pulling everything, including the lift mechanism off track. Fabic at the top also has been ripped where a dent exists. Reported the issue & submitted pics right away. It was escalated to the "back office" and I was told they'd contact me for pick up and replacement. I contacted them again after hearing nothing for 5 days and told the report is still sitting with the "back office" and I'll hear from them about a resolution. I am now at day 10 & still no word from anyone! The broken frame is super heavy and king size, so it's still sitting mostly assembled, but worthless, and taking up my bedroom. Should have listened to other reviewers, but assumed if there was an issue Sams Club would swiftly resolve. That's not been my expertise and wouldn't wish this on others. I will update my review once this nightmare is resolved.
