Very good quality. Easy to assemble. Works well. Nice looking. It is nice to be able to sit up in bed to read or watch TV. It will be nice to raise my head and not get all congested if I have a cold or allergies. Much cheaper than equivalent product at furniture/mattress retailers. Highly recommend.

I worked when it was first put together but when the new mattress was put on it it would not work, they sent a new control box, still didn't work, they sent a front & back motor & still didn't work, I currently have a new control box and am waiting on the technician to come install it. They do have great customer service I have to say as far as sending parts. Hopefully when the Tech puts the new box on it will work!

We like the finished product but did have to make an additional drilling site so all holes lined up when it was assembled. On piece had hole in incorrect place.

Base works good, shipping box arrived in horrible condition resulting in some damage. We decided to live with the damage rather than getting another dammaged shippment.

I am very pleased with the design, quality and price of this unit. I have trouble sleeping, due to body pain and ability to change sleeping posture has been beneficial.

I love the bed base however I could edit the instructions to be more clear. It isn't hard to assemble. The remote wouldn't work until it was first child locked then unlocked. Perfect now!

Was having difficulty sleeping especially after I had a compound fracture to my ankle so I bought this adjustable base at the best price which was Sam's & it's great...would definitely recommend it.

Works well, once assembled, some difficulty during putting it together alignment of the long screw. So allow an hour, well worth the time. Great value for the $$$
