After attempting to assemble base. The holes would not align in order to place screws to support bed. The manufacturer and they sent out a tech. The tech used a hammer and a screw driver to try to align the holes. The tech managed to place 3 screws out of 4. Then the tech advised to contact seller. I contacted seller (Sam's Club) and then was directed to contact manufacturer. I still have unsupported bed. With no response from seller nor manufacturer.

We had to replace the first unit we received because there was a serious defect. Both boxes we received were in very bad condition. Both units we got also had a very tough time trying to install the 4 bolts required before using the frame. Now, after a short time, the bed frame seems to squeak. This is not a very good quality product. I expected a lot more from Sealy. Sam's Club customer service was excellent during the process. That is why I gave 2 stars instead of 3.

Very quiet and dreamy! Works wonders with our Sleep Number bed and the motor is so quiet you can't even tell when it's going up or down unless you're moving on it. Great buy! Just make sure you have at least 2 people to turn it over when you put this together. It's super heavy. Love ours!

I am enjoying this purchase, it was super simple to assemble. I had it together in about 45 minutes .

Pretty easy to setup...does take 2 people to flip once it is put together. We put a 14" memory foam mattress on it and it works fantastic.

It seems to be working very well. Overall I am very happy with this bedframe. It is a very good value.

This base has made an incredible difference in our sleep firm night one.

Really nice, easy assembly, and great price. I checked out many other adjustable beds and I can say I doubt you will find better anywhere near the cost. Assembly took less than 1 hour. I am 73 and did it myself

Adjustable bed is everything I was looking for, I sleep with my head up about 7 inches at night and has taken care of my coughing. This was recommended by my oncologist. I sleep great.

Bought 2 Serta Air Motion Twin XL Adjustable Bases - great Tech support from Ergomotion who is the base manufacturer. Excellent quality, easily assembled, all parts were there. No tools were needed. Easy to sync two twin bases for use with existing king mattress.
