For the price, it its pretty good. However for safety's sake, it should have a button to go flat with one touch. as it is you have to hold the down button until the bed is flat.

Excellent deal… seems like a solid frame and well laid out. The instructions were pretty easy to follow and it didn't take too long to assemble. The bed operates smoothly and quietly. Seems like it will be good value for the price.

I really like the motion bed however it arrived damaged and that is why the 3 star rating. I have been working on a resolution for weeks. The mattress was torn and the frame had a factory defect. Disappointed with customer service.

For the price, it seems fine. We put it in our guest room, so it will not be used everyday. Very heavy to move and set up. We had a piece of the packaging tear a hole in the canvas bottom in shipping..

Hard to assemble legs..seemed like some were bent and could not put to 12" height as all were not useable. But it does work well, except normal sheets do not stay put at top of bed.

Everything went together good. However, I am able to feel when my husband moves. The bed shakes. We have a king size. We bought a new Tempurpedic mattress and did not notice movement in the showroom. They had their mattress on a Sealy. Is this common?

A really great mattress is a better investment. When the newness wears off, its just a canvas. Motion to us meant it had vibration. Of course it moves if it is an adjustible mattress. There are better out there. I think you should only buy this if it is the least expensive. I feel as though we are going to regret giving away our box springs
