Bought 5 of these lights and with a shoulder injury I had electrian install them. Well 5 days later now and 2 of the lights have a foot long section not working. Not only will I have to waste my time returning these but also paying again to have them changed out. Not happy!!!

Purchased 5 of these 6 months ago and hung them in my shop, now only 4 work. Spoke with Honeywell warranty. They said they would replace them but didn't have any avaiable at the moment. I went to their online store and they are available there. Told the warranty department about that and they said they were different departments and couldn't get those lights for replacement. This was 4 months ago. I then posted the issue on Facebook and got a reply saying to return them to Sams club. So much for the once reputable Honeywell name.

I have one of four still working. They randomly go off and if you tap on them they will flicker and sometimes come back on. Eventually they just die. To be fair I have some that are the house brand from the orange big box store that have been nearly as bad. I don't think you can buy a decent led shop light.

Bought 4 of these Honeywell lights and after a year I'm having issues with them. They flicker on and off at their own leisure. Sometimes will stay off for 30 mins then automatically turn on, then back off for another 5 minutes. Don't understand why they do this. Its 2 of the 4 that I'm having issues with. Going though Honeywell and their customer support for replacement and they are on backorder and don't know when they can get new lights. 877-723-0723

Buyer beware: you will have a horrible experience with Honeywell customer service in order to get your warranty honored. I have waited 7.5 months for replacements with no update. This is the second time I have dealt with having these lights replaced under warranty, and after waiting 6+ months last year, they sent me a broken light. I have yet to get that replaced. They do not honor their warranty in a timely manner. Beware

I got the lights about 10 months ago and 1 went bad. I called the customer support number for the 5 year warranty. No one answered phone because of Covid shutdown but the message gave me an email address which I sent an email to. Got an answer that I would be put on a list because it was backordered. Now I see that Sam's Club has the lights in the store again but still no replacement light sent to me. Don't count on the customer support.

Terrible!! I bought 12 to hang in my garage. One went out a few moths in. 4 more went dim or completely out about a year or so later. I have returned the bad lights and bought new replacements with same same brand and model. 5 of the 12 are now dim or out. One of the new ones is now dim. No bueno

Bought 50 of these lights to use around the shop; half of them stopped working in less then a year. Called Honeywell at 877-723-0723, talked to Crystal. She gave me a text line to text my receipts to and what was needed. I did that on Nov 16 2022, it is Feb 20 2023, STILL NO LIGHTS. Getting the run around, started at 8 weeks, went to 12, then they was closed due to weather, then they are under staffed and every other excuse you can think of. Called again today, asking for a refund since they still don't have tracking on my lights, all Crystal could say is she sent an email but couldn't give me a name or number of someone above her. I asked her if I needed to go another route of filing with the BBB to get some things moving, she advised me that she understands and see why I would Feel that way. She continued to say she would send another email in the morning. DO NOT GET THESE!!!! You will be upset and they do NOT stand by their warranty.

Nice with low profile and light weight. Outlet on opposite end of cord comes in very handy for piggy-backing lights in a string. My only concern is that the end with the LED driving circuit gets quite warm. Not so much a concern about about safety, but an indication of wasted energy.

I have purchased over 14 of these lights for our laundry room and garage. Within 6-12 months, they failed to operate. The lights were bright and came with chains for hanging, so I thought that I purchased a bad lot of lights. I purchased additional lights for replacements. They too are failing. I would not recommend these lights.
