I bought four of these light fixtures. They worked great for three weeks. Then one stopped working, another week later a second one stopped working. I think alot of reviews happen right away while working properly but this not working after a few weeks seems to be a very common occurrence. Ultimately just went with a different brand of light.

I purchased 4 lights in 2020/2021 3 have completely failed and the forth is starting to strobe and has a mind of its own if it's going to come on at all. Honeywell will warranty the lights however it seems there is a supply issue and I have to wait. It's been 3 weeks now and I have placed a lamp in my work room so I can find things. Guess I should have been leary since they were inexpensive. Some day I will have my new lights or maybe I should just bite the bullet and purchase some quality units?

The light lasted nearly a year. I called Honeywell customer service and they happily agreed to send me a replacement for the light that died. That was the middle of October 2022. Several calls later and several promises of prioritizing the sending of the light still no light. For a $20 light I wasted too much time on hold and listening to their promises and excuses so on my last phone call in middle March 2023 I told them to forget about it. Supposedly always on back order but yet there has been no shortage of them on the Sam's website. What's worse; a company that says they won't honor their warranty or a company that says they will and never follows through?

I bought 9 for my garage in 2021 and have had flickering sections of some of the LED lights for about 6 months. This past month two have failed and a third has two sections of LED lights out. Also, sections of the LED strips have come loose and are sagging in the plastic tubes. A 33% failure rate is a pretty poor number and a company can't stay in business for very long at that rate.

Purchased a bunch of these for office and warehouse. Start out great, then after a short time they begin blinking The blinking becomes more often until they quit. Almost everyone has gone this route. There is a flaw in these lights, do not buy. They claim a 5 year warranty, will keep you posted.

If I could give them - 5 I would. I hung 5 of these in my basement back in the spring, & 3 of them have already completely failed! I am going to contact honeywell about them, but it sound like that will be an exercise in futility. I may just talk to the desk on my next visit to Sam's and see if they can do anything.

I purchased 3 lights two years ago, they have been really good, so I purchased 8 more for the rest of my garage. I've replaced 5 of the 8 new lights and some of the ones I've replaced are already out again. They're cheap for a reason. I did get the 5 replaced on warranty which took about 6 months to receive. Buy something better.

I bought one light a month ago in a Sam's store. I then ordered a pair of 'similar' lights at Sam's online a week ago. All three lights are different than what is shown online in the product description. The Model number shown online is SH450505Q185. What I received (all three) was Model SH450505Q1050 and is the same as the one in the store. This appears to be a cheaper version of the online advertised model. The differences in appearance are subtle but noticeable. BE AWARE!

I had one fail, like many people, and contacted the company in April. I sent them all the proof they asked for and they said they would replace it when it came off back order. That was April. I checked with the same person for an update every month until giving up in November. I'm sure Sams Club sold thousands of these lights over the last 7 months while they were on back order. Buyer beware, many of these will fail before the “warranty” expires. I'll be more than happy to update you all when they are off “back order” and I get a replacement light. Don't hold your breath.

Bought these for my wifes store and been open around 3yrs I pit 10 lights in and have been replaces these lights ever since they last around 1yr and they out and the store lights are only on through the day, so save your boxes because not if your going to return them but when your going to need them for warrenty.
