I heard about bison meat from watching world class strength athletes (strongmen) advertise it on their diet plans and I decided why not try it out. Needless to say, despite the fact that I may have overcooked it my first night, the bison still turned out excellent in taste and is point for point better all around than beef in the nutrition department.

I am allergic to beef. This is the only red meat I can eat. Please don't cancel it!! I noticed it's removed on my site and oos at other local stores. Please please PLEASE don't get rid of this!!!

Disgusting & inedible. Very greasy. Full of fat globs, bone chips, cartilage and dense connective tissue.

I purchased two 6-pattie boxes 2 or 3 weeks ago. Now I have to go back for more patties and the ground for recipes. I do wish Sam's club would carry some Bison steaks as well.

This product has always been a favorite in my household, has great flavor, and good source of protein and iron. I use it in place of beef. I recommend this to anyone who asks about it.

Used it in tacos and spaghetti. The flavor of the beef was remarkable. Can’t wait to purchase more.
