Great price and great quslity

I've been buying bison meat from here for years. It was always delicious when it was the lone peak brand. The new brand that they have is not near as good and has more grissle in it than the lone peak did, but I still bought it several times. I just opened another pack and it smells like rotten eggs. The texture is good looking and the color is bright red. I will never buy this meat again after having to throw it away from the smell. I always bring it home right away after purchasing, and freeze it right away, and use it within 2 weeks. I'm not into food poisoning myself, and the quality of this product has went way way down. I would never recommend this meat to anyone if you eat alot of Bison.

Has a horrible smell

My Husband cannot have beef or pork and this really limits us on meat options. I grabbed a package of the ground bison to give him something different! I made burgers and Wow they were awesome. I just made BBQ bison meatloaf last night! We can’t get enough. It is a little pricey but we decided it was worth it!
