Each packet makes two great tasting bison burgers. top with diced sauteed onions and a slice of cheese of o\your choice. Yuuuummmmm!

Love this ground meat! Healthy & great tasting! Use this in all my recipes that call for ground beef!

Very lean and flavorful. My daughter doesn't love meat, and tolerates most. But she enjoyed the buffalo burgers we made and commented a couple times how good they tasted and she wants them again.

Good flavor but the texture was a little mushy. Worked well in Shepard’s pie. Not as good in a burger.

Bison patties on the griddle were very greasy. We were hoping it would be lean. We have had much better bison.

It had a terrible smell when it was opened even though it was not passed the expiration date. Questionable about whether it might be spoiled. We did eat it and it didn't make is sick. However, i will never make anymore purchases of this brand and would not recommend it to anyone.

Opened the Bison same day we picked it up from Sams and it stank. Part of the meat was brown and slimy. It had turned bad. Extremely frustrating.

I’ve had bison many times before so I’m not sure what was up with this but my wife and I got sick to our stomachs. First time I thought maybe it was just coincidence but the other time same thing happened so won’t be purchasing this anymore.

I have it in my refrigerator to take back. When I went to use it there was "blood" under it on the bottom. I guess the package had a hole in it and I didn't notice that.
