We've purchased Ground Bison before when we were out west and this meat is just as good AND at a much better price. We made some delicious burgers and enjoyed them just from the griddle on the stove. Would have been better on the grill, but not at -20 degrees. We saved a pound for warmer weather... if it makes it that long before we need bison burgers again.

Lots of flavor and juicy. Great either alone or mixed in with sauce and veggies. Package size is great too being 21 ounce and twins to boot. Great to freeze as is.

Excellent Bison! Nearly all only good fats…very lean. Much better than beef! Just please don’t overcook.

This was our 1st try at Bison and it's delicious! Way more pricey than hamburger meat but my husband and i felt it was worth it!

Haven't cooked with this byson yet but I prefer bison over ground. I would love to find some elk though.

Love the packaging, and the meat itself. Would love if they could offer grass fed, but I’m happy with the flavor.

This Bison tastes great! Its lean, only has 155 calories for 5 oz and 21g Protein per serving. Its also a great source of Iron!

Is not greasy, ver tasty.
