Did not last as expected

I've had these tires on my 2012 Dodge ram truck for 55000 KM and they are just about done. I always make sure the tire pressure is good and always rotate my tires. I'm also not a fast driver so it's not because of my driving. Quite disappointed as I paid the extra money for these for the long life. I could of bought tires for half the price that would of lasted this long. Will not be buying theses again nor will I recommend to anyone.

Horrible tire

Did not even last 27,000 mile before not passing state inspection, rotated every 4k also and checked the tire pressure. Not rated for buffalo snow. Lock in to 4x4 with close to 1500 lbs in the bed still sliding. Tried to air down the tires also still horrible in the snow. 2014 F-350

Michelin M/S 2 LTX...

Bought LTX M/S2 over 5yrs ago,,,have about 100,000 kms on them and still have tread left,,I live up north in Canada,,so all seasons apply..great traction in snow,,,very good in heavy rain driving,,quiet ride, good control...only negative is after 2 or 3 yrs,,,the rubber all over started to develop small cracks ....I was worried about this feeling the integrity of the tire would be compromised ....I was told by tire service centers that this is normal with Michelin tires..

BEST TIRES!!

I have a 2005 GMC Yukon with 231,000 miles that I purchased new. I was so glad when the original tires needed to be replaced(45,000)! I replaced them with Michelin's and the truck drove and handled so much better. Those tires lasted 80,000 miles. I replaced them with Michelin LTX M/S2, that was 11 years ago and 91,000 miles. We have been using the truck as a spare to haul the dogs around so it has not had as much use as it once did. I made an appointment to have a new set of LTX M/S2 put on next week. Even with the tread worn down they still handle like new in the rain this weekend! I will never use anything but Michelin Tires on my vehicles.

Excellent Durability

I've done some fairly extensive driving since I purchased these tires 2 years ago. I have driven over 55k miles on them and they are still showing quite a bit of tread left. No punctures or damage. Excellent all around tire. I did notice a slight improvement in gas mileage which leads to believe that the tire has been engineered very well.

Good handling but does not last

These came new on my 2017 Tundra. 44K miles and the tread is down to about 3/32 which is disappointing considering they claim the warranty is 6 years 60K miles. The tires have performed well in braking and wet traction etc just was hoping to get more out of them considering the warranty.

You can buy cheaper but not better.

I have nothing but good things to say about this product. The wear has been even, I have rotated the tires as recommended, but never had to balance them. I use my truck for a variety of hauling that require excellence in performance and safety. Whether it's a gooseneck trailer over loaded or hauling expensive cars across the USA, I have put these tires to the test and have found excellent results. The tire I use of my GMC 2500 HD is the 285/75/R16E LTX A/T2. I have over 130000 miles on this set. They are rated for 60000. The cost is the only challenge I have for this tire. My peace of mind however removes most of my negatives.

I bought these tires ...

I bought these tires (LT/AT) for my Explorer March of 2000 and have put on 51,860 miles on them and the tread is still good for another 10,000 miles, But as they are 10 years old,(I live in Colorado and the environment out here is dry and sunny) They have had a Great life but are drying out and cracking. I kept the pressure and rotated them as was necessary and of course aligned and balanced. I was not overly protective of these tires, I actually was somewhat hard on them on jeep trails and rough roads but they took the beating and came back for more. I would definitely recommend Michelins' for my family and friends as this set has more than performed on my Explorer. The ride was great and they handled quite well on icy/wet roads.

Good Truck Tire....HORRIBLE SUV Tire

Installed LTX tires on 3 different trucks. No issues whatsoever. Had these tires installed on my wife's Toyota Highlander. Ride quality and road noise are far, far worse than the OEM tires I replaced. Returned vehicle to dealer 3 times for rebalancing/rotation. Zero improvement in ride or noise levels. Dealer has said there is nothing more they can do. Now I'm stuck with 4 expensive sub-par tires.

Immediate Improvement

My F250 came standard with "something else" on it. Not a bad tire, but they always seemed to drive "heavy." When I first drove off the lot with the Michelins on I could immediately feel the difference in how the truck drove, handled, and the drag was much less. I actually expect that my mileage will improve with the better tires. Michelin tires aren't cheap, but, if they continue with the quality I have experienced over the years, the extra expense is worth it.
