Good looking tire

Just got tires getting ready to go on a trip over 5,000 miles will be able to give more info after trip. Tires look great only thing in the picture shows letters white , no white letters on either side. I thought they was a great price for Michelin tires

Smooth and Powerful

All the usual superlatives can be re-hashed about Michelin quality, but if you are looking for a tire of this brand and size they don't come available anywhere at under $280 apiece. Walmart sold them at $229 each. That was a total savings of $204 out of my pocket. I am well-pleased.

I love the way these tires look and handle on my truck. I bought a 2500 Silverado and put these LXT A/T2 'on and man do they look Good!!! This tire is massive. I just got a 37' pull behind camper, and the truck is so very stable. The A/T2's make driving my 2500 Silverado fun, and I know these tires help keep me safe on the hiway.

Traction in winter

Rural driveways are challenging especially in the winter. I need traction on and off the hillside. Snow on top of ice this year locked us in for about a week. Both frigid powder and sloppy melting snow give different gripping issues. At no time did I “sling mud” climbing our back fields.

Beware of the noise and the drop in mileage.

Had 275/55r20 Bridgestone dueler alenzas and swapped to 275/60r20 Michelin at 2s on my tundra. Look better but sacrificed about 2 mpg and few more clicks up on radio to hide the road noise. Didn’t expect that with the lack of aggressiveness of the tread. Hope they last 100k since they cost $1000. No leveling kit required for 2015 tundra.

Joseph, thank you for the feedback on your LTX A/T2's. New tires having full tread depth will have more grip and rolling resistance in comparison to worn tires. As the new tires wear, the rolling resistance decreases. Over the life of the tires, all things being equal, the fuel efficiency should improve.

There’s a vibration around 60, I’m almost sure it’s the balancing job.

3rd time isn't a charm

First off, I loved, loved, loved this tire. I did a lot of research before I bought my first set. They were quiet, they grip well, and good in all weather. My first set I put over 65,000 miles on them. My second set I put 85,000 miles, and I could have gone another 10k, but opted for a new set before winter. This set is different than the other two. The composition must be different. After 5,000 miles and tested in the snow, they work well, but they are really loud. Annoyingly loud. They sound like float tires and really drone. This will probably be the last set of tires I put on this truck, given the mileage. Hopefully they at least perform like the previous set. Maybe you all will have a different experience.

Bad tire to use on a Ford Super Duty Diesel

I have ran these tires for the last 3 years, I have rotated my tires every 5k when I change my oil. Sad thing is that they only last 1 year. After spending over 3k on tires the past 3 years ands almost little to no proation on these tires I am cutting ties with Michelin on every one of our vehicles. I thought for the money I was spending and encourging others that Michelin was the best on the market, I was proven wrong.
