This is very sturdy and easy to assemble. My grandchildren (of all ages) love this! We spend many hours outside playing on this climbing dome. My husband and I couldn't be happier with our purchase. And what a Great value for the price!! I cannot say enough good things about this product.

Although it was hlard to connect with a life agent to confirm the date of delivery of our dome, the information he gave was accurate. We received our dome and it was set up the next day. Our son helped us do it in a couple of hours. Otherwise, it would have taken us at least half of the day to do it. Our grandchildren love it. Their ages are 7, 5, 2. They made up different games to play on the dome. We recommend it.

Bought a Geometric dome climber play center for my grandkids and they have loved it! Some of the bars needed replacement! I called to get prices and Amy at Customer service was friendly and very helpful. When we got all the info, she told me that there would be not charge! WOW! What an unexpected blessing! This will definitely make me order again from your products!

High quality. 3 hours to put together for mechanically talented person with out haste. Parts came organized and labeled very well. Great product. Moveable by one person over grass, yet very stable for climbing. Two adults and 4 kids all on at same time, with no stability issues. Highly recommend.

All it took was one phone call… Other companies could learn a lot from the quality of customer service that I was given in one phone call to lifetime… Trey is a valuable team member of their organization. I have several products from lifetime but this was the first time that I ever had missing parts and without hesitation the parts will be here on time for Christmas for my granddaughter… Nothing short of amazing. Just this service alone makes me want to buy more products from lifetime… They should have a new slogan ”Don’t worry we’re here for you”

Our 4 year old grandaughter liked it but the 28 month old is still too small to climb it.. Be aware when putting it together that there are 2 different sizes of green pieces ( the labels on the back aren't noticeable). Because of this we put it together wrong and had to spend time getting it put right after we finished the job. Otherwise we like it so far.

Great product. Very Sturdy. My granddaughter loves it. Plays on it every day. Easy to set up once you get going. I assembled it alone and was done in about two hours. Two people would be faster. Pay extra attention to the drawings and the placement of arms. Again great product. A business that is easy to do business with, becoming a rarity these days.

I was happy with my purchase of the Climbing dome until i noticed several parts had bubbled and rusted within 2 months of assembly. The service rep offered to send me touch up paint and instructions on how to sand the parts down. I advised him I would not want to compromise the durability of the parts and asked if i could just get replacement parts. he responded that yes, he could send but needed photos of the damaged parts, model and part numbers, and the dated receipt. I did not have a receipt as I order the dome online, so I sent the emailed order confirmation from Walmart. (which included date order was received online). This was not what the rep needed to fulfill my request, he again advised a dated receipt was required. I called Walmart service center and asked for a dated receipt. They instantly emailed it to me. I forwarded this email (receipt from Walmart) directly to the Lifetime rep. The rep still did not approve of this proof of purchase. He replied that as a "one time courtesy", he would send the requested parts. I am not happy with all I had to do to be granted the parts. so, If I have any other defects (which I'm thinking I might if the dome has already started to bubble and rust), I guess I wont be able to get replacements. I am not going to take a chance and purchase any other Lifetime product ever. There are so many other pay ground equipment companies that I can choose from. What annoys me even more is that there is another review that indicates replacement was available with just a quick call. I would have called, but the hours of operation for the call center are limited.

Got this for our 6 and 8 year old for Christmas and they love it. I can’t speak to how assembly went, as my husband took care of that. He had a couple people help him and they were done in 2 hours or so. A few months after we got it, a large branch fell out of a tree during a storm and landed on our climbing dome, bending two of the bars. Customer service was amazing in helping me get the extra parts we needed to repair it. Highly recommend.

It feels well made with solid metal parts. I was able to mostly put it together in a few hours with occasional help from one of my young kids. Ideally it’s probably a 2 person job. My 6 and 3 year olds love it (for now I’m standing in the middle as they get used to it).
