I purchased two climbing domes several years ago for grandkids. During a move (dome taken apart) screws were lost. I called customer service and they immediately identified which model I had from photos and shipped the necessary hardware.

I love this dome climber. Perfect for your little monkeys you're raising. Give you peace of mind and extra time to get stuff done while they get their energy out. And can be used for so many creative minds!

The instructions were pretty straightforward and the parts were all marked. I was able to get it assembled in one evening. When moving, I find it easiest to get inside and lift from the top of the dome. This helps it to maintain its shape as well.
