Meat tasted dry...more like corned beef instead of ground beef. I love stuffed peppers but theae were not my cup of tea.

My family loves these and they are so quick I love them too! I add a little sour cream and hot sauce to mine and serve with flour tortillas.

I wish that there was more meat and more tomatoes to give it more flavor. I do love the multi colored peppers.

If you're trying to save money but still eat somewhat healthy this is great. It's a prepared meal for nearly the same price as the raw ingredients.
