Very soft and a much relaxing night of sleep. Keeps you cool all through the night but not too cold. Perfect amount of filling inside and no need to adjust. My husband also loves it and says it's one of the best pillows he has ever had.

I’ve been using it for a week and am used to the pillow now. At first it was too thick but now it has leveled out some to fit my head and neck nicely. I’ve enjoyed it very much and love it can be washed. Also can unzip to remove stuffing if needed.

I really don’t like the pillow, it’s like little chunks of foam instead of one firm pillow. It crumples into little tiny ball at nite and doesn’t hold it’s shape.

These pillows are so great and soft I can’t wait to put my head on them.. I also love how they keep there sharp and can with a cover and can be washed as well.

Love love love these pillows!!! My kids are always stealing mine so I got each of them their own packet for Xmas and they were soooo excited!!! Nailed it!!

These pillows are soft, plush and comfortable. I like that is has a zip cover for easy washing. The only thing that I didn't like is that it the pillow itself doesn't do a good job on cooling. There is bits of gel foam instead of one flat cooling gel pad. At the price point and overall comfort of the pillows I give them 4 stars. I would purchase more for myself but not for my husband who gets hot at night.

Me and my chihuahuas are allergic to this pillow. We were all coughing and I couldn't figure out what was going on for a little while. It's a shame because this pillow is so comfortable, moldable, supportive, and cooling. If we weren't allergic to it I would be thrilled about it.

I’ve been using this pillow a couple weeks. This pillow is very nice and comfortable. Its good for side sleeper like me. Its soft but firm, and stay cool. The height of the pillow is good enough for me. It also comes with a standard cover so I can wash it. Overall I like it so far and I highly recommend giving a try on this pillow. Very good deal as well.

Pillow came in a set of two. The pillows were extremely comfortable where it actually contour to your neck. Stays stiff while still being soft. The issue that i had was (1) Did not stay as cool as I would have thought (2) The structure of the pillow does not hold itself night over night - when I flipped it over it did stay the comfortable (soft but not incredibly hard pillow). Overall I thought it was a good pillow, is definitely better than what I had.

So it’s very stinky! Strong odor that is headache inducing and I’m hoping the smell fades away but it’s very like plastic and paint kind of smelling.. harsh. Lumpy and really firm but I do like that it seems like you could add or remove some of the foam if needed. Personally not my favorite serta pillow I’ve ever had… there’s way better serta pillows on the market. This seems like a miss to me but other than the smell and lumpiness the actual pillow and case design is interesting.
