Serta 2-Pack Cooling Gel Memory Foam Bed Pillow

These smell so bad! They’re also uncomfortable and go flat when you put your head on them. The chemical smell hasn’t gone away it’s like a nasty petroleum bug spray smell

I bought a few days ago for daughter
She said it is no good was bunched up, it does not stay flat it clumps together
The inside is chunks of foam
Does not cool.

Pillow

AVOID - I purchased these and when I got them, the stink is just too much.  I let them breath for days and they still stunk.  I could not sleep on these.  I returned them to the store weeks later.

Bought a few months back and did not use them for even a month. No support, goes flat as soon as you lie your head down. They made my neck and shoulders hurt. Threw them away

Crap

These are not the same quality of pillows from Serta. They were both flat in a week. Thankfully I had an old serta pillow that I was able to take some of the molding and put in these.

Very disappointed in the quality of this pillow. It’s lumpy (made of random bits stuff inside), does not cool and flattens within minutes of laying down. I found myself fluffing up the pillow throughout the night. I expected a higher quality product coming from Serta. I’m normally a very warm sleeper so having a cooling pillow was definitely enticing. Unfortunate that it didn’t help give my neck support or help me keep my body temperature down throughout the night.

Lumpy, Warm and Unsupportive

I’ve tried plenty of pillows that promised the “perfect night’s sleep,” but this one actually comes close. The balance between softness and support is spot-on — it cradles the head without swallowing it whole. I didn’t wake up with a stiff neck (a rare win in the pillow world), though if you like an extra-firm feel, this might lean a little too plush for your taste. The materials feel durable and breathable, so it doesn’t trap heat like cheaper alternatives. Overall, it’s not a magical cloud from the heavens, but it’s definitely earned a permanent spot on my bed.
