They have a cooling feature as well, and I sleep hot usually so that's a nice feature for a pillow to have. Pretty impressed with this 2-pack.

For starters, they had a very strong chemical odor right out of the bag. Even after airing out for multiple days, the scent was still very noticeable. Personally I thought that these pillows were a bit on the thick and stiff side. And when sleeping with them I did not notice any difference in cooling temperatures vs. what I had already been using.

So my wife got one and I got the other one and when I tell you I haven't slept this good in years. The problem with pillows is that it always hurts my neck but this pillow completely encapsulated my neck leaving me with nothing but comfort. I absolutely love these pillows. My wife had not a problem with the pillows she said that she slept wonderfully they are soft they don't get hot and sweaty and they stay cool. Excellent quality from an excellent company.

It's been a month and a half and my pillows are so fluffy but at the same time they hold my head nice. Im very happy with the quality.

They are firm, yet comfortable and supportive and so lush. These are great pillows, love them! They have a great cooling feature which is great on those hot nights. Would recommend, you need these!

Not once waking up to fluff and flip my pillow I actually stayed nice and fresh. With the cool gel these pillows are theeee best

I have never known you can wash pillows. I plan to keep this set for a long time. Serta is my favorite brand for all my bedding needs.

The cluster pillow gives the right amount of "firm softness" that cuddles your head and neck. We appreciate the thickness of the pillow, which allows for longer use without going flat. The material is of great quality, which we can see getting a lot of use from.

I'm super picky about my pillows so naturally I was hesitant to trying something new but these felt great and about the same thickness I was looking for. This two pack was priced well and after getting the bed ready I had to try them out! These were the perfect buy, they are thick but not overly firm. It felt like I was laying on a cloud! The cooling factor is amazing too, every time you lay down or roll over and reposition these let out a cool breeze which while sleeping is fantastic if you enjoy curling up but hate getting warm, this pillow gives you just enough to refresh and fall back to sleep! Absolutely recommend these especially if your a picky pillow person. These are very easy to insert in pillowcases or sham! Very plush and comfortable!!
