[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pillows are very comfortable. They do have a cooling effect, and they seem very form-fitting. The cradle your head. They are a standard size so if you want a pretty case on them it is easy to fit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Serta 2pk Cluster Pillows are a really nice pillow. I am pretty picky when it comes to my pillows. These have just the right amount of fluff and firmness to them. I found that my head and my shoulders really got an equal amount of support. I really like that these are filled with memory foam. The only downside to that is if you don't let them air out for a couple of days the pillows do have a little bit of a foam odor to them. While these did say they are a cooling pillow. I didn't really notice that at all. Maybe because I have a protector and a pillow case on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am completely obsessed with my new pillows! I definitely prefer my down-filled pillows over the typical memory foam pillows. However these Serta Cluster pillows are even better. I love how these pillows are moldable like down-filled pillows, but instead of the feathers, they are gel memory foam pieces filled. This is great as the pillows are breathable, but also supportive. The pillows are big and add to the luxury of sleeping on such soft, plump clouds. With my previous pillow, it irked me whenever I had to refluff my pillow back up after it flattened out and seeing the down feathers fly out in the process. These gel memory foam pillow fillings have so far stayed inside and I haven't had to worry about any escaping filling. The pillows are machine washable and dryer friendly. I didn't have any issues washing and drying them. I highly recommend this pillow for those that like moldable pillows where the filling conforms with your head, but not the stiffness that comes from a standard memory foam one. Even better, these pillows come in a pack of 2!

Sometimes my head gets too warm during sleep but I had no issues with night sweats when using this pillow. Great for back sleepers. Does take a little time to get used to. But by night 3 it felt great! Best suited for calm and still sleepers. If you toss and turn often or have little kids crawling in bed with you and fighting you for the pillow, this might not be the best option for you.

They are very comfortable! They have a firm middle with a soft layer in between the case. I like that they are thin when using creating a soft cushion for the neck and head. They plump up nicely and look great on my bed. I would definitely recommend these pillows.

So my wife got one and I got the other one and when I tell you I haven't slept this good in years. The problem with pillows is that it always hurts my neck but this pillow completely encapsulated my neck leaving me with nothing but comfort. I absolutely love these pillows. My wife had not a problem with the pillows she said that she slept wonderfully they are soft they don't get hot and sweaty and they stay cool. Excellent quality from an excellent company.

However, the Serta Cooling gel memory foam pillows are the ABSOLUTE BEST! Soft enough so I don't wake with a headache, but firm enough to give me the support that I need. Plus they keep my head nice and cool no matter the temperature. We have switched out our whole house for these pillows!
