I'm kinda up in the air about these pillows. They're very fluffy pillows but they're also very firm. I cannot use pillows that are too firm. They just make my neck hurt. However, they do keep you from getting too hot.

No miracles, it's a pillow but a really good one. Enough support yet soft enough for comfort. Not 100% sure on the cooling but I guess since my head hasn't been hot, it's working. Well worth the price.

I haven’t tried it but my husband did. He said it’s fluffy but not very cool. It made him sweat overnight. I expected the pillow to be very nice but doesn’t seem like it. I will try with a silk pillow case to see if that helps.

I really don’t like the pillow, it’s like little chunks of foam instead of one firm pillow. It crumples into little tiny ball at nite and doesn’t hold it’s shape.

They DO NOT stay cool and all of the stuff on the inside balls up in one corner and makes the pillow super uncomfortable. If I could return them I would!

Pillows are very hard and high. They do soften around your head. Gives you a neck ache. They are not cooling. My husband threw his away. I would not purchase again.

Best pillow ever! I can’t say enough about this pillow. I am sleeping better and I feel better. I have tried more expensive pillows as well but I was disappointed.
