The pillow is comfortable. I like that the pillow casing has a zipper for easy cleaning. I'm a belly sleeper, so it's too thick for me to sleep with, but I use it when I'm lounging on the couch or when I want a pillow to snuggle.

Highly recommend this pillow! I used to sleep with a Casper pillow; I have realized I prefer firmer pillows and this one does the trick! Super satisfied. Sleep quality has improved since switching to these pillows

I gave one pillow to my daughter and she loves it. She says it is soft and comfy. I used the other one and it is soft but not overly soft. The only problem I see with it is it doesn't really cool as I says but It is a great pillow.

We have just started using the Serta cooling gel memory foam pillows and are really enjoying them. They’re supportive without being too stiff. They’re definitely an upgrade over some of our older pillows.

This pillow is amazing! It holds its shape and stays fluffy but soft at the same time. I did notice a smell as soon as it came out of the package, but it went away once it aired out. Great for tummy and back sleepers alike! I definitely recommend!

This pillow is surprisingly comfortable. I feel like I rested. It conforms to you perfectly. The pillow case it comes with is not the softest, but that can easily be fixed. Overall, it's a good pillow.

Pillows seem to keep you cool, although they are quite soft. They are excellent quality and very well made and I would still recommend to anyone interested in these pillows. I have other Serta pillows and the exceed expectations.

This was one of the best gel memory foam I have ever slept on. At night I sweat but for first time time in a long time I didn't sweat. I will be purchasing some for my son and husband. It is a nice size also.

This product is very fluffy and lightweight. It’s stays cool the whole night. I really love these pillows also I’m going to purchase some king sized ones. I like how it come with a pillow case already on it to keep it clean.
