Comfortable not too soft or too firm. My husband and I slept pretty comfortably. Not sure if it is "cooling" we didn't really get much of a cooling effect. Not a bad pillow. Not sure how long it will hold up, but so far so good!

Comfy, cooling, cloud-like. Super comfy pillows. I slept like a baby an didnt wake up with any neck ache. Medium firm, yet soft. I am going to have to switch all my pillows to these. I definitely rec.

Needed pillows for visitors and just happened to be in Sam’s Club and found this pair of pillows. Pillows are a great value. I am using one of the pillows myself, very supportive and can sleep well myself

Pretty flat. If you’re looking for any kind of head elevation this is not the pillow. If you’re looking to have a more aligned neck while sleeping this pillow might work for you

I started to use this item as soon as it arrived. I was expecting more about this product since it’s memory, foam and gel, but the product it’s very low quality. After three days of use, stayed flat and loose the shape.

At first, I slept so well, have been trying to find a good pillow for so long, and the first week, thought for sure, this was it! But after a week, the pillow got flat, just like every other pillow I have had and no longer has support.

I love everything about the pillow, the only thing I dislike is it gets real clumpy while I’m asleep. But it does go back to its original form after I fluff it back out. It is very cooling as well at night.

Nice set of pillows, they remind me of a nice hotel pillow. They are super fluffy. Would recommend if you are in the market for new pillows at a great price and good comfort. Very nice quality for the price.

These pillows are very comfortable. They actually cool which is awesome. They seem very firm at first but fall and conform a lot while you sleep. My husband liked that, I didn’t. Overall they are great

Exactly as advertised. I frequently over heat and this has been a huge relief. I would have preferred a more contoured shape, but I knew what I was getting.
