I thought that since Serta is a brand name, these would be good. They feel like they are half filled. I would have returned them, but I can use them for decorative shams.

I am a habitual pillow buyer, I've been in a constant search for the perfect pillow...I think my search is over. I knew these pillows were different then the past ones I bought, paired with my memory foam gel mattress...I'm in sleep heaven.

Very firm pillow that gives great support. Would highly recommend. Warning: it stinks for a little bit when you pull it out of the plastic but it dissipates in a day or two!

The pillows were very comfortable. It stays very hot in Texas so it made it where I could sleep easier with the pillow staying cooler. I usually wake up hot before but this kept me cooler. Also they kept their shape better than becoming flat.

I really like these! I thought they would be too thin at first, but they proved me wrong. I slept great, on my back, no tossing and turning for a change. I do fluff them right before bed.

This product is just okay. They aren’t any cooler than a regular pillow. Just wasn’t really impressed. They are pretty supportive if you like a supportive pillow and keep their shape well. But just and okay pillow.

The cooling gel memory foam pillow by Serta is a great pillow. It is both firm and fluffy but the best part is that it stays cool throughout the night! It does have a funny smell when opening packaging but will air out in about 24 hours.

It definitely has cooling properties compared to other pillows which I like but I run hot and did find myself flipping to the cooler side a few times a night. Comfort level is good and it provides good support.
