While the pillow was cool all night, it was a little too firm for my neck. Worked great for an arm support. Also works well if resting on the couch to read a book. Not too firm and hard but had little sink-ability.

Great purchase for the amount paid. Reason for 4 stars is I do not really feel like they like "they cool me off". Still a great value as far as a Pillow goes and you get two of them.

This is a very comfortable pillow! I sometimes toss and turn at night and this pillow is comfortable in any position. I like my pillows right in the middle of soft and firm and this pillow is perfect.

I needed some new pillows because my old ones were not cutting it anymore, and these are just what I needed. The pillows are not too firm, and they're not too soft, they are just right.

I was expecting this pillow to be “cool” but I find it no better than a regular pillow stuffed with chunks of foam. Now I understand why it’s priced so low. Look elsewhere if you want a cool to the touch pillow with decent support.

Very comfortable pillow and stays cool. The memory foam gives comfort and it doesn’t go flat. Laid on I t like a body pillow and it still managed to keep it’s shape. I would definitely recommend. A must buy

Very firm pillow that gives great support. Would highly recommend. Warning: it stinks for a little bit when you pull it out of the plastic but it dissipates in a day or two!

Great price, but they don’t hold a good shape well and they are not as firm/fluffy as I would have hoped. I have to fluff the pillow several times through the night and definitely before going to sleep.

Nice cooling pillow that will mold to your head when you use it. It's not hot like most pillows and is nice and soft and really nice to sleep on. Use a nice cold sheet and you really get all the benefits!
