Wasnt sure
So I wasnt sure if I would like this just because Cascade tablets always overflows my dishwasher with soap. So i bought a small bag of the quantum from HEB and I have to say how impressed I am with it. No spots like I normally would have even with the old finish tablets.
Product was good... something changed
When our go to product Palmolive dishwasher detergent was discontinued we went searching. Tried a few but two much chemical smell and taste left. Tried this product. For about 2 years was satisfied. Last fall i opened a new box from sams an noticed a chemical smell in the DW and on my cookware. I have been rinsing things of but it is getting unbearable with some of my items. Cookware, silicone, plastic ect. Yesterday i tasted food right stuck on my silicone tongs, yuck chemical. I started thinking i should voice my opinion. Tried the manufacturer and my comment failed everytime i tried to fill out a complaint. I wanted to know if they changed their product in the last year. Came to look at reviews from other customers recently and most everyone was positive... but I saw another person a week ago say the same issue i am having. With all of the heighten awareness of chemicals around us I am surprised that the product was changed to have the chemical stick to my dishware that I put in the dishwasher. I am hoping that the company will see that there product is starting to discourage people like me from buying there product. Please return the product to formula a year ago.

Terrible
After using these twice and having to rewash the load both times I threw out the entire case! First load was pretty full. Only 30% came out clean. Second load wasn't even half full and simple coffee cups came out dirty. I usually buy the Max in One Advanced with the Powerball but they were backordered for months... so I got these. Total waste. Went to the grocery store and had to buy them at a higher price.

Don't like these at all
Sam's Club, bring back the regular Finish Powerball Max-in-1. One of the bags in the box was split down the side, and product spilled in the box. Sam's is replacing. Neither of these Finish products do a great job, but combined with Lemi Shine powder in the main detergent cup and the Max-in-1 on the dishwasher floor, I get great results. Quantum Powerballs can't go on the dishwasher floor, which means I can't combine the two because Lemi Shine has to go in the cup since it is powder.

Don't buy this product
Don't buy this product. It doesn't rinse clean on plastic. Most of the plastic that comes out of my dishwasher I have to wash by hand because Finish left such a horrible horrible amount of detergent on the plastic. I'm throwing it out even though I've got half the container left

Leaky packets
Almost every one of these packets is leaking. I just "love" getting the liquid all over my hands every time I put one in the dishwasher. They do a very good job cleaning the dishes in a Bosch dishwasher, but the downside of the leaky packets does not make up for the cleaning power. Unfortunately bought 2 of this product so will be using them for a long time. I WILL NOT PURCHASE AGAIN!

Fair overall, but does not completely clean a load
I need to use 2 Finish Quantum tabs per cycle and that still does not clean as well as one Cascade Platinum. The biggest problem is not completely cleaning silverware and bowls, especially spoons. I do not recall as much of a complete clean problem with the Finish tabs that are solid white and blue powder tabs. I thought the price was a bargain using the Finish brand. However, since I have to use twice as many Finish tabs for a worse result, the better value is using Cascade.

The optimal water temperature is 125-140 F (52 -60 C).2. Select the appropriate wash cycle for the type of cleaning (i.e., If food particles remain on dishes, a longer cycle is required).3. Do not overload the machine.4. Larger and dirtier items are best on the bottom rack. Cups, glasses and less soiled items should be put on the top rack.5. Put flatware in the special basket and avoid nesting items so water can rinse all surfaces and allow for proper drying.6. Position dishes and utensils with the heavily soiled side facing the source of the water spray.7. Ensure nothing is blocking the dispenser door from opening.Scrape any large pieces of food off of dishes before loading.8. Check the owner's manual for recommendations on loading, cycle, etc.9. bring back the powerball max
These pods tend to stick together and are advertised and priced(higher) to be better then the the powerball max that Sams used to carry, my dishes are not coming out as clean and if they are not rinsed forget it. Disappointed in this buying change will be finding a new source to get the powerball max.

Removes food, leaves residue
We tried these when they were on sale and immediately hated them. They'll remove sauce and some food but leave a white residue on everything. We wash our baby bottles in the dishwasher sometimes to sterilize them and after using these we had to wash them again multiple times. We're switching back to Cascade

Best Dishwasher Pods
I have been a devotee of this brand for years. Decided to save some money and buy the cheaper Members Mark. It was a noticeable disappointment in the my dishes, mainly stuck on food after the cycle was done. With Finish I dont need to scrape every bit off just the large chunks of food. Just to test it out I even put a knife with peanut butter on it to see if it would get off. It looked as clean as the rest. My dishes and glassware sparkle. I also use Finish Rinse Aid too.
