The new formula has made all our non-stick coated pans, rubbermaid containers, plastic cups, silicon cooking utensils, etc. smell and taste like detergent. Any food cooked or stored in/with these dishes also tastes like the detergent.

When our go to product Palmolive dishwasher detergent was discontinued we went searching. Tried a few but two much chemical smell and taste left. Tried this product. For about 2 years was satisfied. Last fall i opened a new box from sams an noticed a chemical smell in the DW and on my cookware. I have been rinsing things of but it is getting unbearable with some of my items. Cookware, silicone, plastic ect. Yesterday i tasted food right stuck on my silicone tongs, yuck chemical. I started thinking i should voice my opinion. Tried the manufacturer and my comment failed everytime i tried to fill out a complaint. I wanted to know if they changed their product in the last year. Came to look at reviews from other customers recently and most everyone was positive... but I saw another person a week ago say the same issue i am having. With all of the heighten awareness of chemicals around us I am surprised that the product was changed to have the chemical stick to my dishware that I put in the dishwasher. I am hoping that the company will see that there product is starting to discourage people like me from buying there product. Please return the product to formula a year ago.

I bought a box of Finish Powerball Quantum, after the first using ,the pods were getting stuck in the dispenser, and it had a soap stain on everything after drying.I used the hot cycle and made sure,there was no dishing blocking the dispenser..Btw my dishwasher is 3 months old,so I know that's not the problem.There is something wrong with these Pods,and I think the company that makes them knows something is wrong with them.My last time buying this product again..Sams club should remove them off of their shelf.

Finish is a great product and it does a great job cleaning the dishes and the inside of the dishwasher, however the new powerball packets are wider and they could get stuck in the tab holder specially if it gets damp. I am not sure why they got rid of the old tabs that worked just fine!

I am SO SORRY that I bought this instead of the prior FINISH tablets I was using. These (1) have an overpowering fake/perfume smell, and they (2) leave a strange white residue on some plastic items. I wish I still had the packaging to return them, but I dumped them into the older container of tablets.

These are a problem. They leak and stick together. Pull apart and leaking on your hand and everywhere. Don't care for fragrence. I clean my dishwasher on a monthly basis. No need for fragrance Please put the option bask to purchase the hard pods. So much better. Yes they clean your dishes. But the others were so much easier to use and store.

These are the only pods I buy for my Bosch dishwasher I've tried cascade and I am absolutely not a fan. A sample of these came with my dishwasher but they are a bit pricey so I tried Cascade and boy was there a noticeable difference so I haven't used anything other that Finish Quantum since!

I used to use the Cascade pods (the Platinum ones) but they were out of stock so I tried these. They work even better for a lower price. I no longer have coffee stains in our cups or the awful dirt specks I'd get sometimes in the taller glasses. I started buying the monthly cleaner they offer since I like the brand so well. I always thought Cascade was the best (as told to me by the dishwasher installer) but the Finish brand works so much better. Glad I gave it a try, I'm happy I don't have to hand wash tea cups / coffee mugs any longer!

After using these twice and having to rewash the load both times I threw out the entire case! First load was pretty full. Only 30% came out clean. Second load wasn't even half full and simple coffee cups came out dirty. I usually buy the Max in One Advanced with the Powerball but they were backordered for months... so I got these. Total waste. Went to the grocery store and had to buy them at a higher price.

Almost every one of these packets is leaking. I just "love" getting the liquid all over my hands every time I put one in the dishwasher. They do a very good job cleaning the dishes in a Bosch dishwasher, but the downside of the leaky packets does not make up for the cleaning power. Unfortunately bought 2 of this product so will be using them for a long time. I WILL NOT PURCHASE AGAIN!
