Coffee stains are the worst, the longer you wait the harder time you'll have. This helps and protect against cavities too. Probably takes off enamel but it's worth it for white teeth

Optic White whitens some. Other over the counter toothpastes seem to work better for me. My main complaint is the amount of product in the tube. Labeling states that there is 4.1 oz in the tube but, the tube could probably hold 35% more than that. Darn it Colgate-Palmolive Company! Hate that kind of marketing.

I tried this toothpaste, it wasn't my favorite, but it did whiten my teeth a bit. It left my breath fresh without a residual feeling of paste in my mouth. I would recommend it to someone trying to find a minty fresh toothpaste.
