I generally use an uncomfortably expensive vegan all-natural butter substitute, but recently began using Original Country Crock. I expected a fluorescent yellow goo that tasted like chemicals, but was surprised with something that looks and tastes similar to real butter. It blows me away how easy to spread it is, it's great on potatoes or a freshly toasted English muffin. I have yet to try it with baking, but understand that it works well for that. I just may buy this again!

After cutting dairy I now use it when I bake as well because it still cooks up the same but I can eat it. It's very light and fluffy and spreads so easily. We love using it in our home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not incredibly pleased with Country Crock. It is full of fillers-none of which are actually healthy. You may as well just eat regular butter because this product does not focus on your health. I grew up on Country Crock, because I did like the taste, but as an adult, I understand it is not the best choice in spreads. Country Crock-try making an organic or non-GMO version and I'll jump on board. I received this product free to try via Influenster, so if anything, testing this product made me get on the CC website and read up on its ingredients-all of which are not great.

I use it on vegetables, rice, for bread and butter. Its just so amazing the things you can do with this product.

In fact, the container of Country Crock arrived in the mail just at the right time when I needed to buy it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this butter is not a hit or miss. there are way too many competitors with healthtier options. labeled GMO free or gluten free or lactose free. what ever suits your family needs. it is cheap, does last a long time and you can use the container when its gone.

We have tried other brands a few times here and there and I just don't think they're as good. I love that it's super smooth and easy to put on bread or bagels especially and the taste is great.
