Bought a tub of country crock a few days ago and boy was I amazed. The smoothness and the taste was by far the best. The packaging even had a cute receipt on it. Will definitely purchase country crock again in the future. Might even be my go to butter now :)

It is smooth and has a great buttery taste. I love using it in my recipes. I made blue raspberry chocolate chip cookies. Of course this butter was my go to in this recipe. I think it gives my cookies that extra softness and gives layer to the taste. I also put it on my morning toast. Who does not love a good crispy buttery piece of toast! It is easy to scoop out of the bowl. Believe it or not, the bowl last a good while in my house even though it is used quite often. At times we will melt it down and add garlic to make a nice basting flavor for biscuits, bread, bread sticks, or even a nice roast. It does not evaporate. It is not oily or give a film to our food. Country Crock's spread is so smooth and rich in flavor. It easily spreads on bread and melts into warm toast. I've used it when making meals as well and it adds great flavor to dishes. I loved that it had a savory buttery taste, but the texture was smooth. This product melted in the mouth and was so easy to spread on bagels and even fragile Melba toast. This product was also very easy to bake with and added the perfect butter flavor to my cookies. The tub was easy to open and store and kept the product fresh.

I love Country Crock my parents started using it years ago and once I got a family I carried on the tradition. The taste, ingredients and overall consistency is great for any recipes. We also love the other flavors as well. There are some things you just don't skip on and Country Crock is it.

My mother used Country Crock when I was growing up, so I made her homemade Banana Bread and slathered some on top of a few slices while it was still warm. It was delicious and reminded me of home! My 3 yr old prefers it to butter (it is a bit saltier than the butter we normally use but it isn't too salty) my husband prefers butter and I am inbetween. I think I will use Country Crock for buttering things than need a burst of salt, for sure. Planning on baking cookies with it later this week! Yum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this in several recipes as I wanted to give it a fair chance. In all my recipes it just didn't deliver the flavor we like. We are purists though, and prefer butter to any alternative so I am a bit biased. We all felt the texture was a bit off also so I would not recommend or buy this again.
