It's a creamy texture and adds so much buttery flavor to the cookies. I also like that I didn't have to put it out to thaw as it was smooth the minute I took it out of the fridge.

I was surprised to find that I enjoyed this spread as much as real butter and I even baked awesome sugar cookies with it. I have now added this product to my grocery list!

Smooth and easy to spread, this had a good consistency and melted on the tongue. My family couldn't tell the difference between this and butter. I'd definitely buy this spread again! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Country Crock Origional! Some other brands taste a bit like plastic, but Country Crock definitely doesn’t. I like how easily it spreads on everything and using it for stir frys. Affordable and yummy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Country Crock is creamy and delicious! I am very picky about my "spreads" since I like to enjoy them on plain toast or english muffins. I was also pleasantly surprised at the delicious buttery flavor it added to my cookies when I used it to bake.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received my sample and recipe on Friday and immediately planned to serve for dinner on Monday evening. Recipe was easy to prepare and used fresh ingredients. The result was delicious! We will definitely enjoy this dish again. I spiced it up a bit by seasoning the chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder before cooking. At the end of the cooking time, I added some jalapeño, as we like things with a little heat. I also served it over yellow rice and we had a complete meal.

I recently discovered that dairy and my stomach do not agree, so it was perfect timing to try out country crock again. It’s creamy and flavorful, my only complaint is I wish it wasn’t made of soy oil.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I generally always bake cookies with butter. I find that it provides the best flavor and texture for my baked goods. I recently tried the original country crock to bake with. I have tried this product for things like toast and such but never to bake. I made some chocolate chip cookies and was very impressed with the way they came out. They tasted just as good as the butter version but these are a bit healthier for you. Also, as far as texture they came out identical to the butter version as well. I was very surprised. My children loved them and my husband who is a self-professed "cookie monster" also thought they were fantastic. Also, since the Country Crock product is less expensive than butter it is a win win, comparable tast, texture and less expensive. I will be experimenting with this product and using it in other baking and cooking projects in the future.
