The campaign was focused on Country Crock's baking potential, so that's what I'm going to be focusing on for this review. I had my doubts going in that this product would really do the same things that butter could do in baking, and I was proven right. I even used a recipe from this website, assuming the recipe writers would account for margarine's different properties compared to butter, but they did not. The dough ended up more like a batter if you followed the recipe exactly. I had to use at least a cup more flour than the recipe instructed. Baking with margarine is like baking with melted butter, you're going to have consistency problems if you don't account for it. It won't be stable at all. So if you're going to use this product for baking, don't be surprised when you don't get amazing results. Always account for what your changes in a recipe will do to the finished product.

When I received this product I also just bought the worst set of pans ever! So I put a little butter at the bottom of the pan and along with not sticking anymore it added great flavor. I will be buying this product from now on. *products complimentary for testing purposes

We've tried other brands over the years, but we realized that our butter loyalty lies within that brown little container. It spreads nicely, hasn't a delicious flavor, and the price point can't be beat!

We actually used to use this spread all the time many years ago I remember being small and it was always a staple at all of our family's homes it melted well and went with so many different dishes from potatoes to toast. We don't really purchase we have switched to a different but we still buy their cinnamon butter for our toast and it is delicious!
