I also use this in my baking and cooking! It works just as well as butter, I don't notice a difference at all. I will definitely continue to buy this! I never do this, but I just gotta say that this new simple recipe is terrible! I have been going from store to store trying to find one that still has some of the original kind left and of course no luck. I understand you wanting to please consumers, but I believe you've missed the mark on this one. I've been trying to find another brand for replacement and have bought several but nothing that I like as much as the original country crock....will keep looking though. Perhaps you could put BOTH out there and those of us that HATE the new one could simply buy the one we LOVE!!

I habe been a Country Crock fan from a young age, I am an even bigger fan now that they have a new simple recipe and I can read all of the ingredients; unlike a lot of products out there! I used this on toast, waffles, English muffins, and evwn to make butter noodles! We have almost used the majority of the container already. Time to put it on my shopping list!
