[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Country crock butter is the only butter I use for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Cookies, mashed potatoes, making pancakes, eggs, every single thing. It's rich and creamy.  My mom bought it for our household and now I buy it for mine.

I'm from giant family born and raised on country crock on lots of food and in lots of recepies but I can promise you the new recipe is horrible and that's from my family included we all been complaining and now buy other brands trying to find something to switch too cause country crock is terrible

I use my original Country Crock mainly for breakfast. It adds a gentle taste to my toast that is not too salty. Also, it is easy to spread on toast. I use it for grill cheese sandwiches, it gives a perfect golden brown crisp! I will continue to use this product in the future.

I do not like baking with it. It seems that most of my cupcake, cake or cookie recipes do not fair well when using a spread instead of real butter. I'll still use country crock for every day use but will stick to the sticks in baking!

Changing the recipe of something that has been a staple for years was a bad decision; You have lost a long time customer. I would compare this to the idea to make Coke taste different in the 80's. Bring back the original formula and stop calling this Original Country Crock. Call it Crock 2.
