It is smooth and creamy and depending on what you are using it for, makes the food taste the same way. Not heavy like cheap margrines. My husband had a heart attack and since then, we have used Country Crock products.

I like the new shape of the container and it is nice to know they are trying to save on plastic. Everything about the new recipe, including the taste is absolutely wonderful. Everyone at my house loved it. We use it on our biscuits/rolls, veggies, and mashed potatoes. It melts into everything perfectly. It is so refreshing to see a simple list of ingredients, I will definitely recommend this new product to my family and friends.

Using it for everyday cooking and definitely baking in my home. I'm a huge baking fan, love using it for my cookies and my specialty bread, Lemon Loaf!

I was sent a coupon to receive a tub for free for my review. One of its first duties was a grilled cheese sandwich for which I usually use butter or mayo. I used butter on one side and country crock on the other. It browned beautifully and there was no difference in taste. I plan to bake with it next!

We couldn't taste anything different, yet it was nice to know we sliced a ton of calories out. The space saving tub is awesome. The rectangle shape allows us to store it on small shelves and still have room for our normal items. With a large family we need the space for family gatherings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not the biggest fan of margarine anymore but I was given a chance to try this brand in exchange for my opinion so I gave it a try. It had a great taste and melts, what I always look for when I make toast. Even thought the ingredients list vinegar I did not taste it. I think overall the changes they made were for the better, When I can read the ingredients and not guess what something is or means I know its a keeper. Will I buy this product again? you betcha!

I was raised with Country Crock as being butter, i continued to buy it from age 18-30. I always preffered its taste to butter. Almost tastes more buttery than butter. I've been cooking for a living for 14yrs, and at home i use it in everything. But the new "simple recipe" tastes funny to me i could never taste my margerine in the food i cooked it with or added it to, but i can sure taste the weird flavor now. I hope they bring back "Original Recipe"

I love using it on rolls and muffins especially. Unlike butter, it spreads easily when cold. But it is not oily like some other spreads I have used. I prefer to buy the calcium kind, but recently was sent a small tub of the original Country Crock for free by Influenster in exchange for my review but this is my honest unbiased opinion. I'm a life long country crock gal!

But, it does have a good flavor for when we need to slather it on toast or biscuits in the mornings at breakfast and don't have time to let butter soften. Overall, we did enjoy the flavor of the spread and will purchase it again in the future.
