It's so creamy, easy to spread, and delicious. Not sure if I'll go back to stick butter now! I was interested in buying this product until I read the ingredient list. How can you tout this as plant based? It is a highly processed product. Dr Mark Hyman MD you is well know in Natural Space has a book called Eat Fat Get Thin, this book has a list of healthy fats to consume margarine is not a that list.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Country crock is a great product. It provides a delicious flavor it's smooth buttery taste can go with anything whether it's a slice of toast, used to fry your eggs or even to make a delicious side of home made mashed potatoes.

I have tried many different brands of "butter spread." I have always preferred butter. But, recently, I got a coupon for a free sample of Country Crock. I purchased the original style and I am impressed with the "spreadability" of it. I love it on toast. It also works great in mashed potatoes. Thank you, Influenster, for the sample and the opportunity to spread (get it? spread) the news about Country Crock Original.

I LOVE Original Country Crock and cooking with it because it made everything even better. .. that is until you changed it! I tried the sticks years ago and didn't like them and this reminds me of them. I've been loyal to only using Country Crock for many years and all my family use it but if it doesn't change back I'll find a different one because it changes the taste of my food and even the people I serve stated what's different! ? Please change back or atleast give both options!

I appreciate the effort made to simplify ingredients, but did anyone bother to taste this at any point the process??? When melted it tastes like I'm pouring a combination of oil, movie theater popcorn 'butter' and melted plastic over my food. I've been a loyal customer for a long time, but unfortunately I have to find an alternative now. Please work on getting the flavor back to something that resembles the old flavor.

And I don't like it because splashes everywhere when I make pancakes I use butter and when I use this butter stick in the frying pan. The old one was the best.

It didn't get a good review just because I got it for free, I just really love this spread! No matter the temperature, it always spreads so smoothly and tastes delicious. What really did it for me, is that it has REAL ingredients in it! Go purchase some!
