Still enjoy Country Crock. The great taste and added nutrients are a plus. But... The new container top has already broken even though it hasn't been a bottom stack item at all. The container is flimsy so I'm not sure if I will continue to purchase since I will probably have to continue to transfer the margarine to another container.

However, after trying Country Crock again I was reminded how great it is! I love it for toast but it also is great for baking. It's very easy to spread and is a great staple to have in the fridge! Been using C.C. For over 20 years. Liked the old taste better. Biggest concern... The lid doesn't stay on tight and it draws in moisture. Especially when we go camping, can't put C.C. In the ice chest fills full of melted water. BRING BACK THE STRONGER TUB, please.

I once used it for baking and I can't complain, it went well with my recipe and I can honestly say that I would have never considered buying it in store and would have gone with a different brand, but I will definitely buy it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly have been avoiding butter, because all of our butter melts and turns rancid in our butter bell. I have no need to sit around and constantly try and thaw butter to use for dinner rolls or in the morning when I am on a rush to get out the door. Country Crock made something that actually makes me want to use butter. My child loves the flavor, I can't tell the difference between it and any other hard regular stick butter, aside from the smooth easy spreading. I love making grilled cheeses with it, and actually having it at the table is no longer a joke.

I always look forward to cooking Thanksgiving dinner for my family. This year however I'm kind of dreading it. We have used this for years, even drawn recipes around it but, now everything tastes different. My whole family has been complaining since I bought the first container of the new recipe and we've had a lot of wasted food due to the fact that not one out of the 6 people in our household like it. Why change something that was just fine?

Plus I love to bake! We made a batch of christmas cookies with the recipe card we got and they tasted amazing! Definitely will continue to use it for baking and cooking!
