My entire family has bought Country Crock for over 10 years. This new recipe is awful. My husband says it taste like medicine. I can't even cook with it. It changes the taste of anything you put it in. I threw the remains away. We are all looking for a different brand. When customers stop buying, maybe they will make some positive changes.

I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a butter replacement without losing that buttery flavor.

Have been a Country Crock user for YEARS!! Why did you change the recipe? Do not like it. Go back to what it use to be. Why would you change the taste? If I wanted a different taste, then I would have purchased a different brand. Not a happy customer. May have to change product.

I usually use butter spreads, so the change will take a little time to get used to, but it's good. Not sure I will buy more, but my family doesn't hate it, so it's worth a try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay so I would LOVE to give this a great review but I have to be honest, this product costs way too much since it's pretty much solidified soybean oil. I'm actually annoyed that I didn't see non-options for perhaps vegans that can't have soy. Granted, I'm not vegan but I won't be using this product because I can't have soy. Soy is a super cheap product so this should extremely inexpensive over it's actual price point. The product had great consistency and spread very easily but took a long to melt and "toast" my bread. I wouldn't willingly buy this. I gave 2 stars for creaminess and spread "abilities".

The flavor is incredible and I don't miss butter. Not only can I save money but calories as well. I use it on my veggies for a rich buttery flavor. It works amazing in cookies also. I actually prefer the flavor because it reminds me of my childhood -my mom used it in all of her recipes! Classic staple!

I received this item for free to try and let me tell you I will be purchasing this in the future! The flavor was good, I love that it's easier to scoop and spread than the sticks of butter! Also, when baking, you can use measuring spoons to scoop out how much you need!
