So I got this a tub of this from Influenster recently to review. I can honestly say I've never given my butter two thoughts. I'd take whatever you gave me. But upon tasting this butter, I was seriously impressed! It's really good, and actually tastes like real butter. I like that it isn't too salty or artificial tasting. Needless to say, I know what butter I'll be purchasing from now on!

I may be biased because Country Crock is what i grew up with, but I have always loved it and use it for everything anyone would use butter for - toast, cookie recipes, corn on the cob, vegetables, etc. When I was a kid we used to melt it in the microwave and drizzle it over popcorn which was fabulous. The only concern i have is the fat and calories. I tend to get the lighter version these days, but the original is fabulous otherwise. Would 10/10 recommend.

I like that they have different butters to fit everyone’s needs or wants. I did try this from influenster for testing purposes but my opinion is my own.

It was a nice spreadable product, but had more of a buttery consistency, which I liked. Everything I've used it with has tasted good and it even made the cookies moist, which I was suspended about as this is the first time I haven't used butter! I'm glad I gave the product a shot as I am already a country crock fan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I grew up on Country Crock. My mom used it on almost everything and now I do the same. It is very affordable and works great with my budget. I love it on toast with honey and tea. My kids like it on their waffles with syrup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are a lot of reasons why someone would be looking for a butter substitute. Butter has a fair bit of saturated fat. This definitely has less saturated fat than the traditional butter and less cholesterol. It's also much more spreadable. It's pretty good. I wouldn't say it's the same as butter, but I have used it in cooking and various recipes, and it's fine. This new recipe has no trans fat, and it is only 50 calories per serving, whereas butter would be about 100 generally, if not more. I've been using Country Crock since I was a kit. It reminds me of my grandma, who always had it around and used it on toast or baking cookies. It's good. I don't have any complaints about it. I think it tastes a lot like butter, and in a blind taste test, I probably couldn't be sure. I received a sample of this for free in exchange for my unbiased review.

I have used this for years and loved it, until they changed the recipe. It tastes bad on everything I've tried -grilled cheese, toast, french bread & coating pans for cooking.I wont bother using it in my homemade breads .It MOLDS quickly ( & it was in the frig,), it smells bad , if you leave it out for anytime it turns to liquid. Country Crock ruined a good product -I tried original & calcium plus

The Country Crock Original is my favorite margarine! It makes my mashed potatoes so smooth and creamy, and they taste wonderful. I also use it in all my homemade cookie recipes. They always turn out so good that they seem to disappear into thin air. I would recommend Country Crock to anyone who loves great taste in their recipes!!!
