[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Country Crock' Spread is my favorite of the spreadable butters. The taste is so close to butter and the spreadability is hands down no contest. I put a dollop in my marinara sauces to give it a more creamy delicious flavor. I use it in baking, cooking, on toast and rolls the list is endless! Sooooo yummy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was just lucky enough to be able to try Countrt Crock for free and I am glad I did. I used it first on biscuits to be able to get the full taste and, while it doesn't taste like butter it is creamy and sweet and way better than a stick of Margarine. I then tried it to fry up a few grilled cheese and they came out evenly browned and not greasy, two pluses! So far I have nothing but positive things to say but next up I am trying it in a recipe that calls for margarine to see what happens-fingers crossed.

But I decided to experiment using it in ways that I normally do not. I made mashed potatoes with it, Followed what I normally do just substituted the Country Crock, the mashed potatoes seemed more dense but I definitely missed the butter flavor. I also used it to bake, which my mom taught me was a big no-no, but I didn't have to let it sit and get to room temp because of how soft it is I could easily mix it in with other ingredients. Cookies came out softer too!

Listen up Unilever ... we We LIKED the stuff in it that you took out! People who wanted simple whole foods were buying butter, not Country Crock. Calling this stuff "original" left a really foul taste in my mouth. Oh wait - no that was the product. Bye.

Country Crock is the closest thing to real butter. It is so easy to smooth. It melts like a dream. I am a toast addict and I love my butter to be smooth and melt evenly. This spread does just that! I love Country Crock it is the only thing I put on my toast!

It's delicious with everything from eggs to toast -- even in baking dishes, which was super unexpected for me! Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is ok tasting if you are looking for a substitute to real butter. It does have a creamy texture to it. I don't really care for spreads that are not made from real milk or cream. I don't normally buy these types of products but I did to give it a try. It has a slight butter flavor but not enough for me.

Its really good Country Crock Original spread is used regularly in my home. We smooth it over our dinner rolls and bread. It also gives vegetables life! It is Lactose free for anyone that has a Lactose allergy. I have been using Country Crock Original spread for quite awhile now and I haven't tried one that has a better taste. It's good enough to eat by itself but of course I don't eat it that way. My whole family loves this butter spread and I doubt I'd change to another brand unless this one goes off the market. It does appear to have a slightly different taste then it did years ago but that could just be my taste buds deceiving me.

I was happy to recieve this in my Voxbox from Influenster! I've been using this for as long as I can remember. The taste is one of a kind. Made some sugar cookies for my kids and what can I say they were an absolute hit! You can bet my fridge is always stocked with Country Crock!
