When I first moved out on my own I tried Country Crock butter for the first time. I love the smooth texture and tastes it has. It makes my mashed potatoes creamier and my homemade cookies tastier. If I didn't have Country Crock in my home I wouldn't cook anything that involved butter. It is the staple to every breakfast, lunch, dinner, and baking in my home.

Dislike the new taste... Yuck. Will need to go brand surfing. I loved the taste of the old original, the first time I put this on a bagel i truly thought it had gone bad. Will not purchase again, and I am someone who cooked with it, slathered it on my bagels, corn. It is awefull!!!!! I am someone who rarely seeks out the site to give a reveiw. I am sad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mother has ALWAYS used country crock ever since I could remember and now that I'm a mom too it's not hard to see why. It's light, delicious, and has the perfect amount of flavor. I'll never use anything other than Country Crock in my kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I received a coupon to try this complimentary product, I was still really impressed with both the taste and spreadability of the Country Crock. For the majority of my cooking and baking, I turn to butter/olive oil/vegetable oil, but this was still nice to have as an alternative to those. The flavor isn't my favorite, but it still pairs well with warm/toasted bread or muffins. Would recommend trying to quick morning breakfast/uses.

I have used it in baking, in cooking on the stove, and buttering bread and biscuits. I love the taste and the texture, so do my kids! I have definitely decided to switch from regular butter!

This product is so versatile and can be used in many recipes in many ways! I used it as a spread on bread and in my chicken recipe. The packaging is great, as well as the fact that it's easily accessible at many stores. The price is right and it's a great value. I love the taste!!! I recommend this yummy butter to anyone!

I tried this because it came with a voxbox and other family members use this brand and like it! Overall, it was good, I wish it were organic! I received this product complimentary for testing purposes. 

There seems to be a little more water in the pan when I melt the 'new' original Country Crock. Why is that? Can it be because now the first ingredient listed on the package is water? Could it be because there's only 40% vegetable oil in the 'new' original Country Crock vs. 53% vegetable oil in the 'old' original Country Crock? Maybe some air could be added to a 'newer' original fluffier spread -- then the first two ingredients could be water and air --- you could market this 'newer' original Country Crock as a 'simple natural recipe'. I can't give more than a 'average' on taste --- I still like the flavor but, I'm now more open to trying other makers of spreads . One more thing, with the addition of more water and less vegetable oil, why hasn't the price gone down? Research and development?
