I agree with the people who absolutely HATED the COUNTRY CROCK NEW SIMPLE RECIPE. I have purchased Country Crock for several years and my family always enjoyed it. My kids always loads their rolls with butter, they thought then something might be wrong like the bread, but then when they tried to eat their favorite Kraft Mac n Cheese they thought I did something different to it. That's when we all realized it was the NASTY BUTTER. The taste will make you sick and leaves a filmy after taste. We barely were able to finish that butter without choking on it. I wanted to throw it away but we can't afford to waste food. I tell you what though, the next time I went to the grocery store we purchased something that taste a WHOLE LOT BETTER. Thanks to BLUE BONNET BUTTER, my family can now enjoy their meals again. Country Crock ..... You have lost another Customer. I wish I didn't have to give a star, because it does not deserve it !!!!!!!

I've made cookies and pasta with this butter and used it on toast for breakfast. Its a great product and ai will definitely be purchasing it again. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Country Crock Original for twenty years now. I've had times when I had to buy the store brands and I have always regretted it. My baked goods don't fluff up as well and burn if I don't use it. I love the smooth taste, and that it's always reliable! It's never let me down!

I have used another margarine product for years, but just in the last couple weeks I have been using this product instead. I do have to say that it does taste a lot more similar to actual butter than the product I have been using for years. I remember basically everyone using Country Crock when I was a kid & using this really brings me back because it tastes exactly the same as I remember. Whatever I have used it on, it is delicious. It has such a creamy and great taste on it. It is so easy to spread and is very creamy, which is great for cooking or eating with it. I am very happy with this butter and this is the only butter my family & I use.

I love that it is affordable. It provides great taste and flavor to my recipes and I never found it to be too salty or overly greasy. This will remain my go to brand for butter.

I absolutely HATE the new recipe...it's inedible. I only just found out it was a new recipe. I had bought the new square tub (which I also don't like) after they came out and after tasting it I thought I got a bad batch. It was so bad I threw it out, I could not eat it. I bought another one and it tasted just as bad. Now come to find out they changed the recipe. It's awful and I don't believe for a minute that customers requested this. I bet money they found a way to make their product cheaper. Unfortunately, it didn't make it better or even as good as it was. I have stopped buying Country Crock after being a loyal customer for years. The sad fact is that I think the other companies have done the same thing because none of them taste good any more. I plan to go back to butter.

I try to put it on my bagels and such but it never seems to melt and then I feel like I'm eating butter.but my cookies and my brownies and such have never been better.
