I have used Country Crock my entire life for all my cooking and spreading needs. I have an extremely sensitive stomach, and this was the only brand I have ever been able to use without causing distress. Unfortunately, you have changed to a new, "simpler" recipe (all the while still calling it Original), and I am unable to use it any longer. Not only is the flavor truly sub-par with the quality standards your company had previously employed, I am also unable to use your product now without feeling ill. If you ever start making the actual "Original" again, I will start using your product once again, but as of now you have succeeded only in losing a 30-year-long customer and I have a tub of wasted money I now need to throw out. Please change your recipe back.

I've always been a butter lover and the flavor of Country Crock is so creamy and delicious, it's perfect to use as a spread, over veggies, or anything you would use with butter.

I bought your spread for years. I notice the different container and when I first tried your new recipe I thought something was wrong with it and threw it out. But then when I bought the second one, it had the same awful taste. I checked the the new container against an old one and noticed that your recipe has changed. I think you need to give your customers a choice in which one they want to buy and not just change it thinking we won't notice. Unfortunately I have to buy a different spread now that tastes better.

It had a great taste and my daughter wanted to eat it off the spoon. It was soft enough to scoop without letting it sit out, which I loved. Although I was chosen to write a review of this product and received a sample to test, we have country rock in our fridge all the time. It melts easily and spreads softly on bread without tearing thru the slice. Here are a few pics of what my kids call... World famous grilled cheese...use Ezekiel bread, Colby Jack cheese, country crick original in the pan and spread across both pcs of bread-enjoy!!!

But my favorite dish to make with this is grilled potatoes. The price is pretty decent. I did receive this free this time but I do normally by it.

So I was beyond thrilled to have been sent this product for free from influesnter for an honest review. I do not bake a lot but I do cook alot and I always add butter for extra flavour so I don't add a ton of salt. I PARTICULARLY love this product when I make corn or in pur mashed potatos!!! It gives it that extra fluff and delectable taste!

I generally use an uncomfortably expensive vegan all-natural butter substitute, but recently began using Original Country Crock. I expected a fluorescent yellow goo that tasted like chemicals, but was surprised with something that looks and tastes similar to real butter. It blows me away how easy to spread it is, it's great on potatoes or a freshly toasted English muffin. I have yet to try it with baking, but understand that it works well for that. I just may buy this again!
