I received this product for free to try through Influenster and I'm so impressed! I've actually never tried this spread, and I'm not sure how, it's really yummy and I love how smooth it is! The 45 oz is the one I received free, but I noticed it is definitely reasonably priced making it a great value. Definitely recommend!

Although the texture came out great, I definitely could taste the difference. I guess if I have not tasted a before and after, I may not have known. It wasn't bad, just different. I have been using country crock for years, ever since I was a kid. The new taste is not for me! Yuck! I see that even "I can't believe it's not butter" has the "new simple taste recipe" sign! What gives! Will not try that too! Bring back the "real original" The "original" label on this is misleading!

This spread tastes incredibly as rich and delicious as butter. If you love your spreads, feel free to know Country Crock tastes just like butter, and dare I say better!

My family and I have always enjoyed using Country Crock for multiple reasons; flavor, spreads easily, price is nice, variety of flavor options, multiple options of container sizes, melts well on toast/waffles/pancakes, and also works well with baking. We have never had any issues with Country Crock and look forward to continue to use them.

This butter is so smooth and creamy, but it is soft enough to spread right out of the fridge. It has a great flavor, and I would certainly buy this again. It has been a favorite in my house! I use Country Crock every time I make Mac n cheese or mashed potatoes, it gives it such a good and creamy taste. Country Crock Original not only taste great but it's healthier for you compared to other brands. Did you know it actually has GOOD fats in it that are good for you?!? How can you go wrong with a product that taste great and is good for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not find this spread to taste the same as the old version, which I used to use before switching to real butter. I used to find this spread comparable to butter, but since the ingredient change I can tell the difference. While I applaud Country Crock's attempt to use fewer, simpler ingredients, I think the exact recipe needs some tweaking in order to replicate the taste that I grew up with.
