This product is so versatile and can be used in many recipes in many ways! I used it as a spread on bread and in my chicken recipe. I purchased the tub and have actually never tried baking with anything other than the sticks bUT tried with this tub for the first time. It was easy to do. Simply scoop into the apporpriate measuring cup. That's it! I enjoy the taste of Country Crock as well as the ease of using it. It's convenient for my house to purchase the tub and keep it at all times. I like being able to dip the knife into the creamy mixture and having the ability to spread it onto anything. It adds the flavor I want in anything whether it's a sweet or savory dish. Whether I am baking or cooking I can add this with confidence to everything! I also like the plastic containers with a sturdy lid. I am able to reuse/recycle this in many areas of my home from leftovers to animal pet food scoops. Country Crock is a good addition to my kitchen staples and I will continue to use it as it can be interchanged very easily. It is replacing my other brand of margarine that I usually purchase. It is easy to spread, has a great taste and it has no artificial preservatives, flavors, and 0 grams trans fat per serving. It's also very easy to find at most major retailers and the price is great too. This is also easy to use for baking purposes because it is easy to scoop out. I can't wait to try some of the other Country Crock products.
