With so many uses and swaps for caloric levels compared to butter, I'm not sure why anyone would use butter to begin with.

We used it to fry some pierogies with onions and the spread. We also used it to butter toast and to make grilled cheese. It is so tasty that you would think you were using butter. I personally think the taste is amazing and it is SO easy to spread. Not only do I love it for every day buttered bread but it kicks up that cookie recipe! It was so much easier to bake with than regular stick butter because I didn't have to put it in the microwave just to get it soft enough to use!
