I use this butter on my toast every morning and sometimes I will mix it with cinnamon or avocado. I use Country Crock on my garlic toast. It is smooth when scooping it out of the container. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product for the first time in a couple of recipes, first my daughter and I made a chocolate cream pie and used it for the crust. It turned out great, made the crust chewy rather than crisp but it was tasty. We also made cookies which were fun to make and super easy to use this product. If I ever needed to substitute something for butter I would use this product. But it the mean time I do prefer real butter. But for those margarine loving people this is a great product.
