Works when they stay on but seem to come loose or peel off easily. Would be improved if it came with a non-medicated border of adhesive to keep them attached.

Didn’t work any better than the less expensive ones . The middle split to stick is a great concept when you don’t mess it up putting on yourself. Overall meh .

a diagnosis of shingles led me to using these more often. they help her leave a lot of the pain that you suffer with when you have shingles. if you haven't tried it for that or any others give it a try it's worth it.

This is a great product. Works for bad arthritis in my back....and for the shoulder too....... these are better than Tiger balm for hands...good stuff!
