After three spine fusions, these patches are a part of my pain management routine and are very effective for an over-the-counter product.

Excellent relief. The lidocaine helps to enable better movement and healing. My go to for tightness or a tweak.

Someone opened the package and used two of the pads . It was like someone returned the package and they reboxed it and sent it out .

These are the lidocaine patches that Ive used. I have 2 ruptured disks in my lower spine and use Salonpas patches when they flare up.

The lidocaine Salonpass does help relieve the pain but I like the IcyHot pads because the cold & heat seems to provide better relief.
