Bought a box for family to try and ease the occasional muscle pain. The only thing we have felt if the coolness of the patch when you first put it on. It does not provide relief of any sort. It’s just a sticker you put on to trick yourself into having less discomfort. If you are experiencing a high level of muscle pain you are better off using a hot compress or a different product. Pros - it does stay in place for several hours. There is no oder. It is also very easy to apply.

I bought these for my neck because I have been having back neck pain with cervical radiculopathy. I was using the icy hot patches but they were becoming too expensive for what I need. I am not sure where all the 5 star reviews are coming from. Maybe I got a bad batch because there is absolutely no comparison between the two brands. Stick with the icy hot. They are cheaper than the prescription but worth the money. I will be donating these….

[Be it adhesive patch, roll on, cream or adhesive patch; I recommend; Icy Hot 4% lidocaine (the menthol) aspercreme w/4% lidocaine, BioFreeze (avail. menthol. Roll on stains certain types of fabrics ).]

to hard to handle by yourself. the liner comes off in middle of patch Once on it is fine.

I've been using these patches for years and they work wonders on my back.
