[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this dryer 2 months ago. We have had a good experience with drying. I like the moisture sensor which allows for more efficient drying cycles. It is a little disconcerting that it adds cooling time, good bye getting warm clothes of the dryer. We have used 1 time the sanitizer option and it is good but I don’t think we use that a lot. The connectivity is OK for notifications, not so much for setting the drying cycle, in fact for gas models you can only set settings but you cannot start it. The settings through the app seems like an overkill for when the panel is easy to set an intuitive. The dryer has a hard time drying bulky items such as comforters or blankets, it takes 2 cycles to have them dry.

The sensors that detect wetness are sensitive so even if I flip the item so that the wet part is facing the sensors, it will still shut off indicating it's dry. The steam feature actually left my item a little too wet. Overall, good dryer.

It’s a great dryer that is beautiful, quiet and large enough to handle my big loads like a comforter! I also love how I can connect it to the SmartThings app and wifi and keep track of where things are in the cycle! It’s so cool!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using for 9 months now and it dries my clothes very fast. Probably due to using a new Samsung washer that gets spins all the water from the clothes effectively, so dryer doesn't have to work so hard. Most loads only need <30 minutes to dry and it will notify you when it is done if you have the Samsung application. Great dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the dryer and washer set and they look great. The steam sanitize is the best feature mostly now with covid being so rampant. Is so quiet and quick. The size is amazing to fit large comforters.
