[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 7.4 cu. ft. Smart Gas Dryer is a highly-rated appliance known for its balance of high capacity and intelligent features. While there are several models in this size category, they generally share a focus on fabric protection and remote convenience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is nothing better than the sanitizer feature! Having pets, or babies, or any of life's mishaps spill onto your fabrics can happen! The steam gets the wrinkles out if they even happen to begin with! I love the efficiency the drying has and being able to hook up to my phone was life changing !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this dryer! I really like the fact that it's bluetooth compatible. My laundry room is outside and I don't have to go outside to check the status of my load, my phone will send me a notification when it's done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product. Both washer and dryer are quiet and have many features. Our installers were very professional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new dryer. The Smart Control notifies me when the load is complete. A great upgrade for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's great I love as appliances need a new dryer and washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't used the steam option very much but the other features, capacity, performance and technology are good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Large capacity dryer, great for my bedding. I also enjoy the fact it is connected with all my Samsung stuff so even the TV lets me know when the dryer is done.

The company RXO that Sam's Club contracted to install the dryer did a terrible job. They said that the smell of gas was normal. Obviously, we turned the gas off and contacted Sam's Club. Almost a week later, a new RXO team returned. They were highly critical of the first team saying that they were going to kill people because of the poor installation. Thankfully, the second team did a great job!

I don't even have the product yet, but buying from Sam's Club has been a terrible experience. I am having significant issues with dealing with the delivery company, and Sam's Club has only made the process worse. You will spend hours on hold for the phone contact just to be hung up on. I never got through to customer service after four calls. So, I did the chat. I was told that they could not help, and I needed to wait 72 hours for a call back which never occurred. I followed up, told the same thing, never received a call. Any money you save from buying at Sam's Club is lost in the time, effort, and frustration that it causes dealing with such a terrible company. Save yourself the headache, and buy literally anywhere else. Also, I've been advised that Samsung directs which delivery company is required. I will no longer buy any Samsung products if I have to continue to deal with RXO.
