The steam gets the wrinkles out if they even happen to begin with! I love the efficiency the drying has and being able to hook up to my phone was life changing !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer has been really good we have been using it for one month it has been really good drying clothes properly and with its unique features we can do a lot of things.

The company RXO that Sam's Club contracted to install the dryer did a terrible job. They said that the smell of gas was normal. Obviously, we turned the gas off and contacted Sam's Club. Almost a week later, a new RXO team returned. They were highly critical of the first team saying that they were going to kill people because of the poor installation. Thankfully, the second team did a great job!

I don't even have the product yet, but buying from Sam's Club has been a terrible experience. I am having significant issues with dealing with the delivery company, and Sam's Club has only made the process worse. You will spend hours on hold for the phone contact just to be hung up on. I never got through to customer service after four calls. So, I did the chat. I was told that they could not help, and I needed to wait 72 hours for a call back which never occurred. I followed up, told the same thing, never received a call. Any money you save from buying at Sam's Club is lost in the time, effort, and frustration that it causes dealing with such a terrible company. Save yourself the headache, and buy literally anywhere else. Also, I've been advised that Samsung directs which delivery company is required. I will no longer buy any Samsung products if I have to continue to deal with RXO.
